Ps 37:7-9 7 Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who carries out wicked schemes. 8 Cease from anger and forsake wrath; Do not fret; it leads only to evildoing. 9 For evildoers will be cut off, But those who wait for the Lord, they will inherit the land.

In Psalm 37:7-9, God urges us to rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him, just like a tree stands firmly rooted in the ground, waiting for the nourishing rain. He also warns against being envious of those who prosper through wicked schemes, like weeds that grow quickly but wither just as fast. Instead, we should let go of anger and trust in the Lord, for in due time, evildoers will be cut off, and those who wait for the Lord will inherit the land. Like a farmer who patiently tends to his crops, we must trust in God’s perfect timing and not be swayed by the fleeting success of the wicked.

I also had an event where I was treated unjustly by town officials. I had the opportunity for a major lawsuit, but the Lord told me not to do it, and to trust Him. True to form, He has answered and handled the situation, and I am way further than I would have imagined otherwise if I took matters into my own hand.

So I bless His Holy Name, and will see you in the next course.
